- Replacements
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement under the following conditions:
- The replacement request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item is provided to our customer service team.
How to Request a Replacement:

- Once the issue is verified, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
- Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
- If the product is returned and passes inspection for unused and undamaged condition.
- If a replacement is not feasible due to stock unavailability.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Important Notes
